| Delivery Times:
Orders received for in-stock items will ship 24-48 hours once an order
is approved during, normal business hours M-F. Backorders typically ship
within 3 business days depending on supplier availability. In-transit
times depend on the zone the package is being delivered too. Average delivery
times are as follows:
Southeast US - 1-3 days
Northeast US - 2-4 days
Midwest US- 3-4 days
Western US - 5-7 days
* Please note if your order is being shipped via FEDEX your tracking number
will take 24-48 hours for the information to be scanned into their system
and become active via their website.
Methods of Payment:
Credit Card Orders- PackagingTapeDepot.com accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover as payment. When using your credit card,
please provide your credit card billing address and other relevant information
as it is on file with the issuing bank of your credit card. Our Personal
Check Policy- We can accept personal/business checks. While we attempt
to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always
be possible and we may hold your order for 10-12 business days. Business
checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose checks
are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00
for handling in addition to the amount of the check.
RETURNED MATERIALS POLICY
General Policy. Industrial Packaging Supplies will issue credit in accordance
with this policy only for authorized returns of current IPS product(s).
Product(s) must be returned in full, unopened, undamaged and in original
IPS units of sale. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Materials
Authorization Number. The product(s) must be received by IPS within 30
days of authorization. Upon receipt of authorized product(s), at the discretion
of IPS, a credit allowance may be issued in the form of a credit or replacement
product(s). Returns which are not accompanied by an IPS RMA number, or
returns which do not otherwise comply with this policy will be subject
to rejection by IPS and will not be eligible for or receive any credit.
Credit allowance for authorized returns submitted in accordance with this
policy will be issued under the following circumstances:
A. Shipping Errors: 100% credit will be issued on returns of product(s)
shipped in error by IPS. IPS must be notified of the error within twenty-four
(24) hours after receipt of the order.
B. Order Error: 100% credit will be issued (less a 20% processing charge)
for the return of product(s) ordered in error. IPS must be notified of
the error within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the order.
C. Price Increases: Product returns after the effective date of any price
increase will be credited at the price at time of purchase.
D. Return Criteria: IPS will issue credit only on those products returned
directly to IPS in accordance with this policy.
E. Return Authorization: All returns must be assigned a RMA number by
an IPS customer service representative or by an IPS sales representative.
All returns for credit must be accompanied by a RMA number. Industrial
Packaging Supplies reserves the right to request proof of purchase prior
to authorizing any return. Unauthorized returns and returns not accompanied
by a RMA number will not be eligible for credit.
Returns not Eligible for Credit. No credit will be issued for return of
discontinued product(s); special customer-specification product(s); product(s)
not in their original unopened packages; partials; products(s) sold pursuant
to special sales promotion programs or product(s) covered by Industrial
Packaging Supplies returned goods waiver program; packages which have
been marked or disfigured in any way; product(s) damaged by water or fire;
product(s) which have been involved in a fire or bankruptcy sale; or returned
product(s) that are otherwise in an unsatisfactory condition at the sole
discretion of Industrial Packaging Supplies.
Return Location. An IPS customer service representative or an IPS sales
representative will advise the address for which the authorized goods
should be returned. The customer shall be responsible for any shipping
charges
Fraud Protection Policy:
Fraud Protection/Credit Card Security- At PackagingTapeDepot.com we have
taken steps to deter fraudulent credit card use. As part of our fraud
protection program, we ask that customers make sure that their billing
name and address match those on the credit card. If you have a shipping
address that is different from your billing address, please notify your
card issuer and make sure this information is on file. Having an alternate
shipping address is becoming common practice, and your card issuer should
be happy to help you in this regard. Just let them know that you are placing
orders via the Internet and would like this alternate address. This will
help speed your order along. If an order is flagged as potential fraud
because the order address does not match, the order will be delayed. We
will then follow-up on the order by phoning the number listed on the order
form and by speaking with the card issuer. We will make every attempt
to reach you and clarify the situation; however, if we cannot reach you
within 72 hours, the order will be deleted.
International orders- WE ONLY ACCEPT CERTIFIED MONEY ORDERS OR AUTHORIZED
WIRE TRANSFERS
Limitation of Liability. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES
SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY THE USE
OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY PackagingTapeDepot.com. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
INJURY, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED
HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL PackagingTapeDepot.com, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
LEGAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD. YOU AGREE THAT THE
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO PackagingTapeDepot.com ARISING
FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE PackagingTapeDepot.com SITES OR OTHERWISE
SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
TYPOS AND MISPRINTS OF PRODUCTS NAMES AND DESCRIPTIONS. IF YOU FEEL THERE
IS A DISCREPANCIES IN THE PRODUCT NAME OR DESCRIPTIONS PLEASE CALL AND
